Hill Country Celebration Rentals
Party Rental Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers about booking, delivery, setup, inflatables, water slides, party packages and service around Leander, Texas. These answers reflect how HCCR actually handles local rentals.
Booking & Availability
How do I book a rental with HCCR?
Choose a rental or package, select its Check Availability or booking button, choose your rental date in Acuity, and complete the required booking information and payment steps. Hill Country Celebration Rentals then coordinates your actual delivery and setup timing separately.
Start by comparing all HCCR rentals and packages.
Why does Acuity show 12:00 PM?
12:00 PM is an internal scheduling placeholder. It is not your promised delivery, setup, or event start time. HCCR coordinates actual delivery and setup timing with you separately before the event.
Do I choose my delivery or setup time online?
No. You reserve the rental date rather than an exact delivery or setup time. HCCR plans the delivery route and confirms the actual timing separately.
How do I check whether a rental is available?
Open the product or package page and use its Check Availability or booking button. That exact link opens the Acuity calendar for the rental you selected, so you can see its available dates without using a generic scheduler.
Browse all rentals to reach the correct availability path for each item.
When is my rental officially reserved?
A $50 deposit is required to secure and reserve your rental. The remaining balance is due upon delivery. Your reservation is confirmed after you complete the required booking steps and receive confirmation.
What is HCCR's customer cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your event to receive your deposit back.
Delivery, Setup & Pickup
Does HCCR deliver and set up the equipment?
Yes. For applicable rentals, HCCR professionally delivers, installs, anchors, and inspects the equipment before customer use. HCCR also returns to dismantle and remove the rental.
When will HCCR deliver, and will you contact me first?
HCCR coordinates delivery and setup timing with you before the event and normally sends a text when the delivery is on the way. The 12:00 PM time shown online is not the arrival time.
When is equipment picked up, and can it stay overnight?
HCCR generally returns the next day for pickup, so a standard rental normally remains in place overnight until HCCR arrives. A specific pickup hour is not promised unless it is arranged with you. Contact HCCR about additional days or special timing rather than assuming a multi-day rental is available.
Is setup and cleanup included?
Yes—HCCR handles the rental equipment setup, inspection, teardown, and removal. “Full Clean Up” refers to dismantling and removing HCCR's rental equipment; it does not mean cleaning the event site or removing party trash.
Inflatables, Space & Site Requirements
How much space do I need for an inflatable?
The amount of space depends on the unit. HCCR's manufacturer-verified inflatable dimensions are:
These are unit dimensions, not complete required setup footprints. Additional safe clearance is required around every inflatable. If your space is close, contact HCCR with measurements and site details before booking.
What should I do before HCCR arrives?
Clear the intended setup area of obvious debris, toys, furniture, pet waste, and other obstacles; make sure HCCR can reach the setup location; and disclose important site conditions before delivery. Tell HCCR about gates, stairs, slopes, narrow access, or other obstacles so the setup can be planned safely.
What surfaces can HCCR set up on?
HCCR can accommodate grass and suitable hard-surface setups. If the surface does not allow normal staking or anchoring and HCCR must use weights, a $30 additional charge applies. Every site must still be suitable for safe setup.
Can HCCR set up an inflatable indoors?
Yes, when the indoor location has suitable space, height, access, and electrical power. Indoor installations require weighted anchoring, so the $30 hard-surface/weight fee applies. Confirm the venue details with HCCR before booking.
Are there access requirements for delivery?
HCCR needs adequate access to deliver and remove the equipment safely. Before the event, disclose gates, stairs, steep slopes, narrow passages, long carries from parking, or other difficult access. HCCR will confirm whether the site can be served; no single access measurement fits every rental.
Power, Water & Wet/Dry Rentals
Do HCCR inflatables need electricity?
Yes. The customer must provide a dedicated electrical outlet for the inflatable or unit. HCCR provides the blower and up to a 100-foot extension cord at no additional charge. If an outlet is not available, HCCR has a generator available for $75 plus the cost of fuel.
What do I need for a water slide or wet rental?
For a wet rental, the customer must provide a working water spigot and a hose long enough to reach the inflatable. HCCR can provide a 100-foot hose for $25. Continuous electrical power is also required.
Which HCCR inflatables can be used wet or dry?
The Palm Paradise Combo, Splash Castle Combo, and Tidal Wave Water Slide can be rented wet or dry. The Castle Bounce House is a dry-use bounce house and should not be treated as water equipment.
Compare HCCR's water slides and combo units for the right wet/dry option.
Choosing the Right Rental
What's the difference between a bounce house, combo unit, and water slide?
The Castle Bounce House provides the traditional bounce-house experience. Palm Paradise and Splash Castle are wet/dry combo units that combine bouncing with climbing and slide play. Tidal Wave is HCCR's dedicated 18-foot wet/dry slide.
Explore bounce houses, combo units, or water slides for a focused comparison.
Which rental is best for a backyard birthday party?

- Castle Bounce is the most compact and lowest-priced inflatable.
- Palm Paradise and Splash Castle add wet/dry bounce-and-slide play.
- Tidal Wave is the choice for a dedicated 18-foot slide experience.
- An HCCR party package adds a 10×20 tent, tables, and chairs.
How much does a bounce house or water slide rental cost?

Yes, HCCR can serve schools, churches, venues, and appropriate organized events when the site and event requirements can be met. When required, HCCR can provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the school, church, or venue as Additional Insured at no charge from HCCR. The customer is responsible for any permit costs or other permit fees required by the location or authority.
Weather, Safety & Cleaning
What happens if it rains or weather becomes unsafe?
Stop using the equipment during lightning, high winds, heavy rain, severe weather, or any other unsafe condition. If the rental or event must be canceled due to weather, you may reschedule at no additional charge or receive a full refund.
Does an adult need to supervise the inflatable?
Yes. Continuous adult supervision is required while an inflatable is in use. The supervising adult must enforce the posted and manufacturer safety rules, prevent rough play and overcrowding, keep participants from moving the equipment, and stop use immediately if conditions become unsafe.
Are the inflatables cleaned between rentals?
Yes. HCCR's established practice is to clean, sanitize, and inspect every unit after each rental. HCCR also installs and inspects the equipment before customer use.
